Fools and a Feeling is rock band of 4 Fools: Mick, Nandor, Jimmy & Tony all trying to share the Feeling: that sound that causes you to live more intensely, more thoughtful, more aware, and more lost in the music at the same time to bring the fun and thrill that only rock music gives! We are looking for shows and stages to play for audiences all over Missouri! We’ll bring guitars, basses, drums, trombones, keyboards and sound and lights to your stage to put on a show that you will remember for having felt the music! We are all experienced in our playing, Nandor Fox Shaffer has been the resident Drummer/Percussionist for the Grace Community Church band for 12 years and counting, his brother Mick Shaffer has played Guitar & Bass and sung for the Church bands of Grace Community Church, Woodcrest Chapel as well as the rock & roll band Stoney Gap covering classics from Jimi Hendrix to Cream to David Bowie. Jimmy Noland is a 17 year old young man with high ambitions in his preferred instrument: The Electric Guitar. Inspired by the likes of Eric Johnson and Stevie Ray Vaughn, he is way ahead of his years in advanced techniques and a plethora of styles. Tony O’Neill was first chair trombone in Jefferson City High School Band and is bringing some class to the mix with his trained instrumentation. We are buds and bros all wanting to play the music that moves us and you!

During Mission Quest, our stage is open to solo/duo or full bands every other Wednesday opposite Open Mic Nights If you are a young band needing stage experience, if you are wanting to develop a fan base in Jefferson City, a new project without a full night of material and want to get some crowd feedback, a seasoned musician working on a solo/duo project and want a dress rehearsal before that first gig OR you just want to play …. let us know. THIS NIGHT IS FOR YOU!
