Decadent Nation’s brand of high energy, socio-political rock n’ roll has been quietly burning in the American underground music scene for years. Now, the band’s message is more relevant than ever. Having released multiple albums to critical acclaim and touring coast to coast, the band has found a new spark with a fresh lineup and a barn-burning, Anti-Trump anthem My Kind. With a new momentum, the band is looking to take the mantle once worn by such acts as System of a Down or Rage Against the Machine. Decadent Nation is the new musical voice of resistance and the message has been heard loud and clear as the band have been filling venues on recent tours. Whether it is their through-the-roof energy live performances or their meticulous musicianship, DN’s blues based, Alternative Rock sound is as infectiously catchy as it is powerful. The band is hard at work on new material, to be released in 2017.

“…suitably unite very professional, polished rock sounds and those that are more unhinged and sprawling. In many ways, the band’s sound rides the rails of mainstream appeal, yet it’s often more interesting than what passes for mainstream rock.”
— Aarik Danielsen, Columbia Tribune April 29th, 2013
” One of the most impressive debut albums I’ve heard. Tracks like “Independence Day“, ” Bobblehead Jesus“, and “Ganja Queen Mary” featuring Steve Ewing should be on everyone’s Ipod.”
— Shane Pressley, talkstl.com April 23rd, 2013
“This is the music of the 21st Century and Decadent Nation is bringing back the big sounds of seventies rock and revolutionary beat, along with a New Age progressiveness and messages for our current times.”
— Subversify Magazine
“Decadent Nation’s album “So There Will Be No Doubt,” seems cyclical. Every song plays into the next one…I would definitely recommend this album…Ten songs long, ten songs strong. Go out and buy the album.”
— Dave Hopkins, Inside STL
“Best of 2010. Decadent Nation’s ‘So There Will Be No Doubt'”

Aarik Danielsen – Columbia Daily Tribune
“…dusky guitars create a sort of psychedelic Western feel; that vibe carries into a fuzzed-out thrash.”
