Project – Reverbnation

Ryan has been making music and playing in bands since the first days of pubescence. A Columbia native he plays the kind of music he wants to hear and being primary songwriter gives him the ability to do that. He doesn’t like labels and feels like punk isn’t a genre expansive enough to cover his sound, however it currently rests atop a pile of descriptive terms that are at least close to his goal.

Caleb first made music with Ryan at the ripe old age of 14, when Ryan was 17. The Jeff City native was a craigslist respondent and Ryan’s current band wasn’t impressed with the trashcan chair or the beiber hair cut at first. Then the music started and now even 4 years later Caleb is Ryan’s go to drummer.

Justin has been playing music for about as long as the other two, but in not nearly as constructive a manner. His primary exposure to crowds from 14 to 17 was in a church worship setting that he has since become disenfranchised too. Though he had creative outlets in photography and film, music was always the first passion. He swapped his guitar for a bass in 2013 in order to widen his range of possibilities and upon moving back to Missouri found his first opportunity with Project.
