Bringing the community together for our seniors. Homemaker Health Care (HHC) is a local nonprofit organization created over 40 years ago in order to assist those in need. We are a United Way agency partner that strives to provide items such as hospital beds, bedside toilets, walkers, and wheelchairs to our local seniors. HHC is in Jefferson City, however we are able to assist seniors in several local counties including Moniteau, Miller, Cole, Callaway and Osage.
