THE MANY COLORED DEATH

The Many Colored Death is a hard rock trio based out of Columbia, Missouri. The band has internalized the aesthetic and influence of acts such as Black Sabbath, King’s X, Rush and Foo Fighters, then spun those elements out into a fresh new style. Described by one fan as “a silky mixture of 70’s rock and early 90’s grunge”, The MCD are driven by a desire to return rock music to it’s rightful place at the head of music’s table. Featuring a thundering rhythm section that would make Bonham and John Paul Jones proud, and a guitarist/vocalist who is equal parts David Gilmour, King Buzzo, and Chris Cornell, their brand of rock is both quiet and loud, dark and light. A veritable yin yang of sound and emotion. Soulful lyrics and melodies float effortlessly over the pounding surf of complex polyrhythms and groove laden riffs.

MADORA
Madora is a four piece rock band from Central MO- made up of James Webb (guitar/vocals), Paul “Ace” Wheeler (bass/backup vocals), Dustin Woody (guitar/backup vocals), and Erin Cain (drums/percussion). Madora is quickly on their way to establishing themselves as a viable force in the rock scene of Mid-MO. With thier roots deeply imbedded into early 90’s alternative rock, hard rock, punk, roots blues and southern rock, they surely have a little something for everybody. Their ultimate goal is to take their music national and reach as many people as possible with their music. Madora wants every single person that comes to a venue to watch them wanting more.
