Originally formed in 2009, the band began under the name MidLife Criziz. They began playing shows, and soon were headlining most of the shows they played. Changes in the band lineup in 2011 caused the band to move in a new direction with their music and the direction led to a new band name.
Accidental Influence is a hard hitting band out of the central Missouri area. The band has plenty of hard rocking original material to keep the heads banging and the horns flying!!!!!

Down Side Up is a three piece power trio that plays indie rock, blues, jazz, and classic rock. They are comprised of Aaron Mankin – drums and vocals, Ryan Mankin-guitar and vocals, and Hunter O’Donnell- Bass guitar.

Okay, that is what their Facebook says….here’s the rest of the story. Awesome local trio who continue to show their own support of local live music AND venues. The Mission schedules several open mic/jam events and Down Side Up has done their part providing performances and EARNING a Friday night on The Mission stage. The last Mission Quest they performed an extra hour as our patrons kept asking for more. Playing clubs like The Bridge and The Mission on the weekends opening for acts such as Made in Waves (formerly Ghost in the Machine, The Many Colored Death, Moon Jr. and more. This young band has a diverse song selection including an impressive hour of original music, promising to have little somethin’ for everybody! You won’t be disappointed 🙂
