Down Side Up is a three piece power trio that plays indie rock, blues, jazz, and classic rock. They are comprised of Aaron Mankin – drums and vocals, Ryan Mankin-guitar and vocals, and Hunter O’Donnell- Bass guitar.

“I am not your typical blues musician. For nearly 20 years I’ve been providing audiences with what I call “progressive blues with funk”; drawing inspiration from such artists as Howling Wolf and Taj Mahal, Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan, and Sean Costello and Johnny Lang. I’ve performed on stages from Pittsburg, Kansas to Abilene, Texas. Some of my most memorable performances have included sharing a stage with Debbie D and The Destroyers and making an appearance with The Juke Joint Allstars at the Kings Palace on Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee.” – Christopher Bryant.
