The Mission

The Serious Blues Band has regrouped in 2012 with new bassist Dave Raithel and moved the original SBB bassist Shelly Tyson to the front line.  Ted has added some young blood to the mix this year.  Cody Pursifull is Ted’s right hand man now, and Cody don’t cut no slack, he plays it like he feels it, which gives him a soulful edge that blends well with Ted.  This year the Serious Blues Band throne belongs to Mr. Jerry Russo….this cat has a long history of time keeping and many stories to tell. You can read more about each band member on the “Bio” page.  This is going to be a great year……with all this seasoning in the pot…you can’t help but cook up something good.
